DISPATCH NOTES

While we strive to package and ship your item within 1 business day, we cannot guarantee timely delivery and are not responsible for any damages due to delays. Contact the courier's customer service with any delivery issues post shipping confirmation. Our liability ends upon dispatch of your order.

The arrival time and delivery speed of your item will depend on your location and the shipping option you choose at the time of checkout.

Please ensure you select the correct shipping preference during the checkout process as it cannot be changed once processed. Order cancellation and refunds are offered; however, it may take up to 10 business days for a reworked order.

 

PICK UP OPTION

For pick up orders, you will receive a pick up notification when your order is ready. You will be contacted via email - if we do not hear from you we will try to contact you via text & phone. If your order is not picked up within 30 days your order will be diregarded. No refunds will be given. 

Name & Order Number is required upon pick up.
While we do try to have your orders packed and ready for pickup, we cannot guarantee your order will be ready the same day.

We endeavour to have all orders packed within a few hours it can take up to 48 hours due to an influx of other orders.
